¸Û²Ê¿ª½± is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Wellbeing Lead to join our team at the Caboolture Campus for Term 1, 2025.
As our new Wellbeing Lead, you will lead the holistic pastoral care and behaviour management programs for each designated year level. Along with a teaching load, your role focuses on the social, emotional, and academic well-being of students, ensuring that they are supported in a safe and nurturing environment. By promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and responsibility, the Wellbeing Lead contributes to the overall positive learning environment of the College, fostering both individual student growth and a sense of community across the school. The Wellbeing Lead is expected to fully support, and convey to the students, the ethos of the College.

Who You Are

* You're a natural leader with a heart for education and a knack for organisation
* You hold a Bachelor of Education, or equivalent teaching qualification
* Have applicable teaching and pastoral experience
* Restorative Practises experience is an advantage
* TASS experience, an advantage
* You are confident, flexible, resourceful, discreet and hold wise judgement
